Dog & horse healing balm is a versatile healing balm that can be used on minor cuts, scrapes, sores or dry skin.  Paw-fect as a paw balm for dry and cracked pads or for crusty noses, dry elbows and more.

Returns

If your order reaches you in a damaged condition please let us know immediately.  We are happy to replace or refund any damaged products returned to us within 7 days of the notification, in the original packaging and unused.

Please email contact@ourlovelynaturals.co.uk with your name, order number and a picture of the damaged goods.  We will provide you with a return address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of change or send you a refund.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund, replacement/exchange on any items that have already been used.

Fantastic products

I ordered 2 products; the dog and horse healing balm and lemon burst soap. One of my dogs suffers terribly with irritants...allergic to everything! and is constantly nibbling her feet, until her pads and in-between toes are red raw. I applied the balm immediately when I got it and it worked amazingly!! Within hours she stopped nibbling at them (I have tried a lot of products in the past) but this is by far the best. I apply it now on average about twice a week to stay on top of it - and all natural so thats a major plus - would highly recommend.
In total we have 3 big dogs so bathtime is a military operation! 2 of them have long coats which normally are a nightmare for any kind of shampoo to penetrate or foam up. The soap was brilliant! it foamed up in no time, was easy to apply just give a good rub all over, left their coats silky and soft and smelt great...plus reduced bathtime by half (less stress for the dogs and us!). Again all natural so no nasty chemicals left in those long coats if you don't quite manage to rinse it all out - highly recommend:)
